Frequently Asked Questions

For first time users, the initial password to log on to campus computer is:

T (upper case)听+听the first 5 digits of your T#听+听tsu (lowercase).

Example: T12345tsu

In order to receive an account to access Banner Production, follow all instructions on this page.
If you need to place a service request work order for a technician to work on your office computer, go to the . Log on using the username and password that you use for logging on to your computer. Please enter your building name, phone number and room number along with a brief description of your issue.听

Students register for classes in their听 MyTSU account. After logging into MyTSU, click on the Banner Services tab. Then click on the student link. Under the student link, click on Registration then click on Add or Drop Classes.

Students can receive their ID card from the Office of Emergency Management. Instructions can be found on the TSU website under the Office of Emergency Management department.

You must setup MFA to access your accounts. Instructions to setup MFA can be found on the TSU website under the CIT department.
You can reset your password on myTSU . Instructions to reset your password can be found on the TSU website under the CIT department.
